My shopping experience was fine. However, when I received my order, an item was left out and another item, that I didn't order, was in the box. I called and reported the error and agreed to pay for the additional item that was in the box. This has happened several times over the years of my ordering from Collections Etc. So, I have made a decision to not order more than 5 items each time. Maybe this will help to get the correct items.

My overall experience with Collectionsetc.com has been 99% great. Only 1 miss shipped item out of many (not this order) and I did get to keep the item and received a $20 credit. BUT, it would not accept it on their website. I had to fill out an actual order form and send it in. I chose not to call. Their delivery time is very timely!
