When I ordered, everything was in stock. It took quite a while for my items to arrive. Also, I thought I ordered the table cloth for my little table on my front porch, but I received the runner. I'll find another use for it.

I ordered some plants and will not do it again because they were all dried up and not usable, but not worth sending back everything else was what I expected and do enjoy ordering from you company, just not plants in the future.
Easy format, but cannot confirm that I received my order. I have only an order number at this point. Transaction went smoothly, but question below is too soon to ask.

Nepeta plants were a paltry stock. These were not plants with blulbs and roots (as I know they should be) just scraggly offshoots of a main plant stuck in a 1" pot.
At $9 a plant, this is a very poor product. Your plant vendor has ripped both your company and this customer off.
Collections always says that they are Souris I don't believe that that is the reason that they should give. They said that it was on its way in that they would re-order it in the meantime I had a dilemma that I had moved from the address that I originally was at and he went to the delivery person and they didn't have any idea of where I moved but you didn't have the common courtesy to go ahead and email me and or call me and ask if I moved and what my correct address was

The lamppost was not at all stable, kept bending over so I had to secure it to a solid post. Very disappointed with this item. I have not been able to use the solar mole removal stake as it states to turn the item off if you have pets in proximity to it and I do not want to chase away the rabbits in my yard just the burrowing animals. I will contact the company to see if this will be an issue but am guessing it is.
As has always been the case, shopping with Collections Etc was quick and easy.
