I received the four (4) products that I ordered on time as I always do but I am very disappointed in two (2) of the products. The underwater solar light show I received was quite a disappointment, I set it outside for an entire day and it actually worked that night, it is quite a lot smaller than I expected, my error on reading the size but on the second day it was upside down, filled with water and hasn't worked since. I took it apart and cleaned the battery connections and left it sitting in the sun but no luck, it never came on. The solar patriotic floral wind spinner was received with two (2) of the front small pieces off, I finally got them to go back on, put it outside and as soon as the wind blew it, they came off along with another one.

My over all shopping experience with collectionsetc.com went well and I had no problem finding what I was looking for. I was a little surprised at the price for the produce I was looking for but since I needed them for an handicapped family member I bought them anyway. Once I received my order I was Very Disappointed in the produce it's self and even more surprised at how much they cost. The produce was very cheaply made out of a very cheap and very thin material. The produce was the right size, shape and color of the item pictured on the website but nothing like the plush, thick material pictured. I only keep the items because something was better than nothing!
