Excellent sale prices, overwhelming selection, I can't get through all the pages.

Like the price, but not the processing fee, already paying for the item plus shipping, why a processing fee?

I received two packages with this order, one packaged was damaged as well as the contents. I contacted customer service and my product is being replaced. I appreciate that I didn't have to ship damaged product back and that customer service was speedy and very helpful.

My order #*******. Order item #******* solar underwater light show. I purchased two of these lights and both worked for two days and then quit. I hadn't even put them in water yet. They were simply on my deck charging in the sun. I took out batteries and put them back in and still no lights. I will have to contac customer service as these were ment to be gifts.

I like the price and quality of collections solar items, have been buying them for the past few years now!

Great product was better than I thought it would be very pretty. The clothes I ordered fit great. Only dissatisfaction I had was it took five days from the day I ordered to the day the product finally shipped but, got it faster than I expected.

Your pricing and promo codes are very loose. I applied one and it was invalid. I applied another and by the time I checked out, my total went up $2.00. What's up with that? Very disceptive and dishonest.

Everything was great, had to send two items back, yet to get my credit for the two items. Online customer service was good, got a return label, was told to get insurance on the return, only thing I would have to pay for, but the USPS said on pre paid mailing, I can get a receipt it was mailed but o insurance. Never had a problem before with collections and fully expect to get my refund.

We will never order again from this company. Due to charging me 7.99 for the item to be returned that only weighed a ounce. And wasn't worth the 9.99 that I paid for it. The quality is the poorest I ever seen. And the product doesn't work like the advertisement.

I have never had a issue with collections have always received what I order. Love your merchandise.
