I have been thrilled with the quality and value of the merchandise I've purchased through Collectionsetc.com. They carry some unique products and have become my favorite online shopping site. I love gift shopping from them. I also enjoy decorating my home seasonally and have found quite a few items that allow me to showcase my home in a frugal but tasteful way.

I love the outdoor decor. And black silhouettes.

Why doesn't the discount applied to this order.

I have been shopping with Collections.Etc for a number of years now and the shopping experience has always been easy and secure. My wife and I continue to find unique and very nice items to purchase. Shopping is always fun with great savings at CollectionsEtc.

The only problem I had was that I ordered 2 panels of a curtain and only received 1 panel. A quick call to customer service took care of that and I received my 2nd panel in a timely manner.

The item is to big, I needed a return label, do not use PDF to print return label, can it be mailed to me.

Uneventful

This product isn't worth a thing. The blue lite doesn't even come on at night, and I followed directions to a tee. Bought different ones from another company, and will be sending this one back.

I ordered two step sitter frogs which I received, but have yet to receive the two window humming bird feeders. AFTER I ordered them I was told they were so backorder. Should have been told before.
