Not happy at all. I ordered Mixed Flora bouquet planter pick... I ordered on line and it said it came with 3. I only got one. The flowers were for my loved ones at the cemetery...I got them the day we were going to take them to the cemetery. I would have sent them back but already paid 12.99 for one so kept it. I called the gal who answered the phone wasn't much help. She said no there was only one. I wouldn't have paid 12.99 for one. At that point I let her know I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM COLLECTIONS ETC...again.
Although I am not a frequent customer, I am always pleased with the products, service and timely delivery of my orders.
Everything arrived as expected. They offer cute items that not everyone else has at great prices.
I have been very happy with all the products I have ever ordered. I will continue to order again from them.
