Easy to find what I wanted. Several choices on rugs made it easy to pick a price and get the right one for my needs

This is not my first order. I have ordered before and overall if I find what I am looking for and I am ok with the price I will purchase the items. I will continue to shop from collectionsetc.com.

Overall ordering online and receiving your products is easy. But calling customer service is a little more tricky. Hard to understand when you have a real (out of the normal issue).

I returned a few items from my large order, I didn't get confirmation for that. And my card has not been credited yet either? And I was disappointed to know there's a fee to return. It's not free returns. So that was disappointing.

I received this item for my garden. I have had an eye on it for a long time and was able to purchase it at an exceptional price. I know it will look cute as an additional item to my frog sectional. Very pleased with this purchase. So cute!
