This is a great site I love all the shirts I have ordered so far. I ordered the hose caddy although when assembling the middle little screw is difficult for me to put in i do not have enough force to get it in all the way where it needs to be to stabilize the rod. The other screws seem like a thread to short with that said, I'm positive when my husband gets back from being out of town he can use his screwdriver bit on his drill and have no issues with any of it. Personally I felt for assembly you will need a strong man or woman or easy way get your drill & bits out.

I love browsing this website. There is always something unique, that you don't see in stores.
One item was missing out of the sealed box, and was the only item not checked off on the packing slip. I contacted customer service, and the rep checked into it, and sent one out very quickly. That one arrived soon, however the first shipment was very long in coming, and missed the holiday I had intended it for. Overall great service and quality, though.
