Love shopping at Collectionsetc.com! Easy to get around website. Easy payment process. The fact that they are always reducing some items and adding new ones keeps me coming back regularly. Love the unique products they carry, especially their gnome and fairy garden figurines. I have always been delighted with the quality of the merchandise.

Prices are good... but would appreciate free shipping... I have ordered a number of runners. They are lovely and well made. Allows me to rotate and change them regularly... Have ordered other items for which I have been pleased and satisfied...

Products were well made and looked like the picture in the order form delivery was very fast. And the price was just right.

Frustrating! I put in all the information and the free shipping was not applied, so I had to back out to find the code, then I had to put in the credit card info again. Have had this issue before. That's why the Heron stayed in checkout for two weeks.
