I am enjoying the product I ordered. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The second ordered item took a little longer because it was an additional replacement part to be used in the product at a later date. Kay
The stair treads are great. They really help when it rains.
The price of the item I was ordering was jumping all over the place. There were coupons that were help with the price. Which didn't. It went from approx. 14'00 to about 20.00 Reluctantly I conceded. One more ok click and it was 26.00. I complained and collections responded positively. The price went down to a reasonable 17.00. (All prices here in are approximated). Now--I am very cautious as to ordering anything from your website. I'm sure I wont get an answer to any questions I may have but. I would really like to know how, and why this happened. I'm suspicious that this may be standard procedure.
Pretty much overall I've found Collections products to be of great quality at a reasonable price. I've been shopping Collections for over 15 years and have been extremely satisfied.

It came dried out on the top and roots
I planted it and watered watered watered not so any sign that it was going green up. Still looks to me as a dried up 4 in plant that is not going to flourish. Very disappointed

VERY NICE AND EASY TO ORDER
Collections is the ONLY catalog charging a handling fee plus shipping. As a result I don't shop with Collections frequently, only if something really stands out and I can't get it elsewhere.
