I've been ordering from Collections for years and the quality of the products were always good but, the one wreath I received was falling apart as I opened it. The box was torn open and dented.

Website was very user friendly and check out was fast.

Most of the items I receive have been great but you really have to read the descriptions carefully especially the size. For the price, the items that contain lights only last a few months. They are not very bright. I do like to look through their products.

I have always found your company reliable and have enjoyed all purchases.

I am a repeat shopper, and I wouldn't be, If it wasn't all good.

Quilts and bedding are very good quality at an affordable price.

I Christmas shop all year around this will make wonderful gifts

I ordered plants & some apparel. Very pleased with that. However, not pleased with the plants. One was dead when it got here & 2 of the roses have not done anything since I planted them.They will need to be replaced with something I buy locally. Iam selling the house & need something to look good in those 2 spots. I was very excited about the roses. They looked really pretty in the pic.

Everything is fine except for the shipping charges and handling fee.

I received the main piece very quickly. Still waiting on the two replacement filters.

Had an issue with a red stain on one of the shams that did not come out in the wash. Collectionsetc. Said they would send another one to replace it.

Easy to find items and easy check out

Statues are cute, should be a larger, have to use on tabletop, too small for ground where I wanted it.
