Ordered two downspouts with colorful birds & Love them! Made of quality material, accent the exterior of the home & work well. Several neighbors have even noticed & liked them. One neighbor inquired as to where she could ordered some too. Very pleased with the items.

I like shopping here, but it's kind of a kick in the rear when you get a catalog from them the very next day after receiving multiple items ordered that says, "This may be your last catalog..."
2 items were sized MUCH smaller than they actually are. I'd say at least 2 or 3 sizes smaller!
Things kept dropping out of my cart and going back to non discounted price. Very frustrating! Plus you have not refunded my card $9. For a previous panty return after I talked to two agents who each said they were putting it back on my card. I returned two pairs and was only credited for 1. They were in the same return package. It is just plain wrong to say it is being refunded and then it not happening. This is from several months ago. I am busy and already called twice to be assured it was being credited...the second time after waiting to see if it would appear on my card in the next two Billings. I may call again if I have time to dig out the old paperwork and notes. This kind of money loss and a lot of time lost calling on my part does not speak well of how your company is run. I do like a lot of your products but do not tell my friends where I get my things due to the hassels.
