Shipped fast and everything is great

I was happy with the products but the time from order to receipt was longer than I expected

Out of stock on several items. Should be removed so as not to disappoint people, if possible.

.I got the first part of my order in a timely manner. I am still waiting on the second part. It is back ordered.

For some reason who ever packed my order felt that a glittery pumpkin topiary was a tufted booster cushion.

Product numbers weren't even similar. The only thing similar was its price! It's going to Goodwill where maybe someone will like it.

Offering $10 bonus & then later tying it to a membership is annoying.

A little slow in shipping, otherwise very pleased.

It took an unusually long time to get one item and I was not given any reason for the delay.

I loved the product, unfortunately, I ordered three items and they were too small. I had washed one item so could not send it back but have returned the other two. I hope to be sent the bigger size soon.

Shopping was easy, hopefully the order will arrive faster than my last order. The Covid restrictions delayed that order by several weeks.
The order did arrive within 10 days which was fast enough. There was a problem with my cart on the website which was unable to be fixed but it righted itself a few days later. All in all the experience was much better for this second purchase.

This was my 2nd order from Collections and I have been very pleased with both. Items were fairly priced, as pictured and came quickly after my order was placed! They have some unique items which is nice.
