The promotion that was advertised didn't work on my order

JUST DON'T LIKE WHEN YOU ORDER ITEMS AND DON'T GET ALL THE ITEMS THAT COMES WITH THEM. ORDER 4 SET OF GARDEN FENCE AND THE INSERT THAT GOES AT THE BOTTOM WHERE NOT IN THE BOX. CALL ABOUT IT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK AND THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE GARDEN FENCE TO REPLACE IT.

All products were of good quality, delivered on time, I like how easy it is to shop online here.
