This has been a horrible experience with my order. I have called Collectionsetc three times and have received different answers each time. My order ******* wasn't too bad this was a second order I placed. My first order #******* still has not been received and I have been told different things each time I called. I understand the seat support is on back order but the three tee-shirts still have not been received. One shirt I didn't included a color but has been corrected some time ago and was told the order will be sent out. The last call on 10/2/2020 was a nightmare and was told nothing has been sent out. This is now 10/11/2020 and nothing yet. One of the items was a birthday present but after all this, I had to tell my husband he has a long wait for his tee shirt. I am not giving up hope I will receive my order but will never order from this company again.
