It was easy to order and the package arrived earlier than I expected.

More than once I have had to call as all items listed on my order were not included in the package shipped & I had no idea whether this was in error or the item was out of stock. A notation on the order slip with the package would be great!

I was almost 100% satisfied, but they sent me the wrong rug. That really bummed me, because I was already to put the sunflower rug in my kitchen and it wouldn't happen. I put it back in the box it came in, attached the return label and mailed it back. I must mention that it was costly to exchange for the right rug.
