I am still waiting for 4 chair covers that are on back order. Have not heard anything as of yet
When I opened the box I didn't think I was going to keep the wreath - it was very flat and looked a mess. I waited a while then started to "fluff" the flowers and greens and could not believe how great it turned out. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I appreciate the recliner cover because I can fasten the back and feet with straps to keep the cover in place.

P.S. I was wrong about the phone call yesterday 6/13 about the package being open and one item smashed and powder all over the package. I am sorry. I had the wrong company.
The products are usually great. The one long hallway rug I ordered will not stay in place and the rug corner holders did not help! All the artificial flowers and plants were beautiful. I used them when I refurbished my outdoor pond and it turned out great.

I've never had a problem with collectionsetc.com & have loved everything I've purchased EXCEPT 1 item in this order #*******. Item #*******, wreath, was very skimpy & missing many flowers (did not look like the picture at all). I returned it via USPS on 6/12/'18 (hated paying over $7 to return it, tho) but did ask for a replacement. I hope all goes well with that. I would not give up on this company as I've ordered several items over a period of time & this was the only item I've not liked.
