I wasnt aware of a processing fee so was a little disappointed to see that on my shopping cart. Overall the process was easy to purchase though.

The only complaint is the rubber plug at the end of post that holds the spinner was missing. Had to figure out how to secure the spinner so it would not blow off the post.

I love your products. But I wished you could provide smaller sizes on your clothing. They generally start in size M and I am a small person. I would order more but your sizes are too big for me.

Products were very nice. Returned star path lights. Changed my mine on them.

Easy to use and quick response. I had to return the products because they did not fit. I returned them the next day but have not received a credit to my account. A prompt credit would be appreciated!

Easy and simple to place order. Items were exactly what I expected.

My shopping experience was great; however, it wasn't a pleasant experience trying to check out. The system would not allow me to enter my credit card number. I waited until the following day and tried again and it finally excepted it;however, it did not apply the free shipping. I ended up paying an additional $10 Dollars. I was not happy.
