I need to send 1product back because I don't like the color of the eyebrows. I tried to use the link to get a easy return label but couldn't get on the site so I called and the associate I spoke said I would have to pay $7.99 for the label I thought returns were free and she said no they weren't I hoping to find a cheaper way to return the item
