I purchased Bird Stakes in the past and have never been disappointed. I just received the white filigree crane and the colored glass stork stake. They are absolutely gorgeous and such a special addition to my front landscaping and pool decorations.
The waistline treamers rate poor quality.
Sometimes the quality of the product isn't great. I purchased the garden wagon & the bottom fell off from getting wet. A plastic one with drainage would be much better.
The articles I ordered were great. I just wish every little piece did not have to be put together.

Items easy to find
Did not receive full order. Your website states products available. I get a email telling me they're on their way. I make a return, after 2 weeks I call your customer service number and they tell me they have not received the return. I ask are you sure I sent it out 2 weeks ago? She checks again and say oh yes we did receive it 7 days ago. I ask where is my refund? She say we will process it today give it 24-48 business hours. Then I ask about the order that was "on the way" she says oh no that was canceled, no longer available. Am I missing something here? If I did not call to inquire about my refund it would've never been processed, I never would've known about the canceled order. Now lets see when I get my refund.
The only complaint I have is shipping, you use Fed Ex and they don't like to deliver here and the packages usually get sent back.
