I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed in the products or service.

To be honest, I usually get my buntings from The Christmas Tree Shop. The ones I received from Collections were very inferior. Only have color on one side and not strong polyester fabric. Christmas Tree buntings were colored on both sides so they could be reversed and much heavier fabric. The did not carry the buntings this year so I did a search and found the ones at Collections. I am disappointed in the Collections buntings.

Great products and no issues.

The wreath I received on my first order was missing all the butterflies and some flowers. You did send me a second one free of charge.
That one was fine.

I am a regular Collectionsetc.com customer.

There were some missing parts to my order so the customer service person replaced my order for me without any issues. I really appreciated that.

I received flowers from you & I was very disappointed with them! I have never seen this from you before now! The flowers were so scanty that I had to go out & buy more to add to them! You have always sent me very good things for the price I paid but this time I couldn't believe it! I will never but any more flowers from you again! I have been buying from you for years & always been very satisfied with my orders!

Items poor quality and very small in size

The frog statue and metal butterflies were smaller than expected but I really like them. The frog and toad sign look great by my pond and I haven't hung up the metal butterflies on the shed yet but I think they will look great.

Love the addition to my flamingo family.
