Customer service was helpful in shipping new item to replace missing parts in previous order. Glad you take my word that I was missing part and pleased I did not have to send back item.

Hose holder would not hold up anything.

I purchased some glowing rocks, I have gotten them here before, but WOW! Did that change, last time my order had many more in it, ( like three times as many, and in a bigger box) this time they got real cheap and I even got two boxes of them, thinking I could finish up my garden with them, not even close to the amount I was expecting, makes me think twice before purchasing again.

Slight problem, that the order was reported delivered and actually was not. However after a trace and phone call, package came a couple of days later. The clerks were very helpful.
