Item arrived broken

Just got through writing a review.

I received 2 shams that did not match the quilt that I ordered. I admit that I got confused with jumping around in their website trying to get right size and color. The cost of the shams, $5.94. I followed their return process and was charged $7.99 for the return. Ridiculous. That on top of "shipping and handling" fees for everything... I will NEVER use this service again.

I received everything ordered and was exactly as expected. Will order from them again.

The item (a carpet runner) was just as described and of good quality (it was our second purchase of this item, only in a different color). Also of note should be this was a 2-item order and one of the two items had to be returned and that went smoothly.

I am a frequent purchaser from CollectionsEtc.com and will continue to shop with them.
