Everything is smooth and easy on the collectionsetc.com website. Don't change anything.

I received an item that wasn't working. It had one piece that needed to screw on to a bolt and it was not threaded so it wouldn't go on. The company replaced the item by sending a new one. I appreciated their efforts.

Product was really nice, just didn't match. I was over-charged on shipping. Shipping was supposed to be free. It took way too long to get credit for my return. It STILL is not in my account! Customer service reps lied to me about my return being received at warehouse 3 times, I was told there was no manager or anyone higher up I could talk to to solve the problem. Will never shop with Collections again.

I really do not like these surveys, each customer has there own taste on what they like or dislike, so I would appreciate it if you don' send them to me. Nor do I want my name posted or sent to third parties.

I searched everywhere for a better price!

I have always received good products from Collections. This time I returned two rugs I ordered because the size looked very different than the picture & they did not fit where I planned to use them. All products were good quality.

As usual, the service/ quality of products from Collection, Etc. was excellent. I have one warning. Do not buy the birdfeeder! The seed falls through the mesh cylinder really fast. I had to wrap tinfoil around it to use it.

Delivered in a timely fashion and in great shape.

Other than very poor packing with little or no padding, I'm satisfied with the quality, except when they arrive damaged from poor or no packing.

I have always enjoyed shopping with collections etc. The variety offered is wonderful. The prices are affordable and my items have arrived in top quality condition. I have in fact reordered one item for a friend.
They liked mine so much. I am looking forward to a long lasting relationship with collections etc.

I appreciate the convenience of buying by internet.

Ordered a variety of curtains for our entire house that is on the market to sell; have had many compliments on all of them. Our realtor just loves them all. Very nice products; was initially apprehensive due to the low pricing but honestly, they are all just so beautiful!

MY PROBLEM WAS HANDELED IN A SPEEDY AND COURTEOUS MANNER.

I am probably one of their best customers so yes I am very satisfied great company great products reasonable price.
