The HANDLING charge, which is on every order even if you qualify for free shipping, is annoying and doesn't show up until checkout. Dare I say it is hidden? This charge alone makes me ship elsewhere even though I like your products. Listen to us and REMOVE THE HANDLING CHARGE
I ordered a chair cushion-full length. However, the length of the pad was too short and the padding was not thick enough for my purpose.

I have had and received good products from Collections Etc. with some awesome prices. The delivery date and arrival is great as well. If only I could get my merchandise shipped to my workplace would be great as well. I worry about someone steeling my products from my porch. When I try to use my workplace address it wants a suite/apartment no. Which there is not one. So it will not accept it. I was receiving my packages at work and when the road construction was a problem they started going to my home address instead. Could this be arranged to be delivered to my workplace again? Thank you Collections Etc.
