It's very to shop the website. I purchased two hanging solar lanterns that I thought were rather unique. You are kept informed of the shipping status and they are well packaged.
I have always been happy with the prices and quality of my purchases.
I was really put out that I had to pay shipping charges when I had an order of over $50.00. I cancelled some of the products I wanted to buy to bring down my total. It seems lately I am having problems with Collections etc that I never had before. This includes products that become useless after the 60 day warranty.
It didn't fit on the arms of my couch should of been about 6" longer

I've been a customer for many years. I enjoy your service very much. I received two deliveries, the first one had the purple skirt and egg sitter in it. Later I received the whole order with all items in it. I want to return one of the skirts, but will keep the extra egg sitter.

I love shopping with Collectionsetc.com and have been thrilled with all the home décor products I've purchased. However, my July 8th order included a pair of sandals and a pair of capris. The sandals fit ok fine but I had to return the capris. Although they fit through my hips, the picture had looked like they would sit at the waist and these did not. There was not enough room in the crotch and I would have been self conscious bending over in them. I printed off a return label as instructed on the sheet included with the order and dropped the package with the capris off on June 20,2018 (the day after I received them) at the Hendersonville USPS. According to the tracking info, today is 9 days later and they have only now been picked up by the Return Agent. Once before I ordered a shirt and actually received a mismarked sized item and had to return it. I did receive a credit but I'm disappointed that returning items and getting the refund takes so long. To be on the safe side, I will probably not purchase any clothing items in the future. You've won me over for household items though so thank you.
I ordered a flag pole with flag and the flag was not with it, I called and was told I would receive a credit voucher for the full price of the item, I have not received qnything yet.And I had to buy another flag.
