It was great

I thought the door screen was magnetic. It was going to be placed on a metal garage door frame. The sticky Velcro stuck to the door frame but wouldn't stick to the screen fabric. It came with additional tacks but the obviously won't work on metal. It fell off within an hour. I have no issues with my shopping experience except for the product.

Quick service & delivery surprised me.

Collections Etc. is my go to place for outdoor lighting and other unique items. However, I think from the time I place orders until I receive them is a little long, compared to other shopping sites I use.

I ordered 2 summer robes and when I took them out of the package they rattled like paper. Thinking washing them would help, I laundered them and not much difference. These at the cheapest quality of material I've ever experienced and I will not be ordering any more attire from you. I was very disappointed, as I have enjoyed shopping with collections for years, but I'm about done.

I was satisfied with the bedspread and shams that I ordered,,,, They were lovely and a very good price. Also my order arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. My one complaint is about a shirt that I ordered... it was nice and at a good price also, but I followed the recommended size chart which was way off for this product... at least 2 sizes too big.

You have such beautiful items to choose from...It is easy to shop on line.

Everything that I had selected from the catalog was available and easy to find.
