I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed. I love the "Chubby Bird Birdhouse", that I ordered recently. It is very good quality and has enough weight, to keep it from swinging in the wind. I have it hanging from a shepherds hook in my front yard. Makes me smile, as I pass it. Many items in my home and yard are from "collections." The low prices and good quality keep me coming back.

Collections was holding my order because one item was on backorder. I had to call to get the items on hold released. I had ordered all these items for a contest where I live. I did not receive my order in time because of the hold placed on my order. I received one box of two at my door, then I received my second largest box about a week later through the mail. At the same time I also ordered items from Amazon for this same decorating contest. I received both boxes from them within a few days from the date I ordered them. I haven't even opened any of the boxes since receiving them too late.
I bought the stepping stones to cover some valve covers in my yard. They work well and are easy on the wallet for the purpose.
Some times it is a little hard but it is ok because I can find what I need

Service was speedy and excellent, however I received 2 items instead of one that I ordered. Am not sure as to why there were 2 requested, but I have returned 1 item for refund.
