I have always had good luck with Collections. Price and quality is great. I ordered one out of many items that I was not pleased with. The solar pool light did not work. Clothes are of great quality and objects are sturdy and well made. I am a pleased customer. I have received orders over many years and always received what I ordered. Recently I received a shirt instead of a nightgown. I contacted customer service and they are sending the item I ordered, again I'm very happy.
The lanterns are really cute. But it doesn't stand straight up. We tried everything to help it to stand straight. It stays leaning one way or the other.If it stayed up I would buy more. I bought 2.
All items were received in good condition and in reasonable time. Wish you offered free shipping. I would purchase more often with free shipping without a minimum limit.

Wish prices were a little bit cheaper, wish I didn't have to wait on a shipping code, and shouldn't have to pay a minimum of $50 to get free shipping.

Processing fee? After a call 10 days after order placed to investigate the reason I hadn't received the order yet - or any confirmation as to its shipping, I got results and it arrived today as ordered but I feel it was WAY too long in arriving.
