It was fine, except I could not get to the shipping chart, so didn't know my shipping fee until I submitted my order

The web page says that it takes 7 to 10 days to deliver... but it took more than that, for no reason... I am very disappointed with the customer service since they did know nothing about the order or why it was delayed or what I can do... it is my third time buying in collectionetc, but it was my first time dealing with the customer service...

I wanted to purchase the patriotic t-shirt with the eagle on the front and was highly disappointed when I found out it was out of stock. It wasn't even available for a later date which would have been fine with me.

I do a lot of online shopping. It is very frustrating to receive an email asking if I received my order when you don't tell me what was in it.
