Products are mostly pretty nice but shipping can be slow. I have been pleased with all of the porcelain dolls I have ordered as well as other items. Prices are great.
It just takes so long to receive orders from the time I place them until they are shipped. I would order more from you if you could get your shipping even close to Amazons.
I purchased one Mixed Floral Bouquet on June 15,2018 and I have received it already. I also purchased a second Mixed Floral Bouquet (also in rose) but have not received that one yet. I also purchased two Butterfly Plant Holders to put the two rose bouquets in. I am just disappointed that the Holders did not come assembled. I am an 82 year old senior and am finding it very hard to follow the instructions which are not too clear. I am doing the best that I can with them. I just hope I get the second flower soon as I am very anxious to put them outside. Right now I have faded Poinsietta plants out there that look terrible. I love your cards and especially that they can be made to custom. I think its marvelous.

I ordered the round table cover for outside use with elastic around it to keep it on. What I got is more oblong and doesn't fit at all. I'm disappointed as I am a quite regular shopper.

Great service. Received my order super fast. Beautiful buntings. So rich looking. Stores only carry dyed ones and much smaller. These are nylon sewn together. They will last for years and not fad like plain cotton dyed ones. They rot.
I love everything I've gotten from Collections, but what I don't love is when you say there is free shipping and then you have a hidden handling cost that went from 2.75 to 2.99. So actually I don't get it for the price that was shown. Other companies state there is a shipping and handling charge, and when they state free shipping they don't add on the handling. I love your products, I am just stating that if there is a sale with free shipping, you should also state that there is a handling fee.
