I've ordered from you for years. Love my catalog but why are you incorporating Taylor Gifts? I'm not interested in those folks.

The Hose Caddy is great. The bra was not exactly what I was expecting, but it is fine.

Sometimes when there are ads from you regarding no shipping or decreased shipping, when the checkout screen comes up there are shipping charges. Why?

Collections is my favorite catelogue that I receive in the mail. I have always been delighted with what I have received from Collections.

I like shopping at Collections because the prices are fair and the service is great. You can track your orders and you receive exactly between the time frame they give.

I order online...but the very first time I ordered from y'all, I ordered by phone, phone rep did not know what she was doing, I got upset & hung up & placed order online. I will never call in an order again

Was unable to get the 2.99 shipping deal.

I am very unhappy with the condition of the boxes I received. There have now been 3-4 orders that arrive in open boxes. Nothing was missing except in one shipment 1 item was not received which was replaced promptly. But the boxes are large and heavy and through shipping become damaged with the sealing tape unraveling or pulling off and the box open.

Always easy if you have planned ahead. Quality of the black out panels was beyond my expections. A short tumble in the dryer, wrinkles were gone. Look very nice in the two rooms.
