The white shorts were to small and I returned for a larger size exchange. The t-shirt was returned for a refund. It was very poor quality. The other items were okay. One item on b/o.
I love the solar and the height!
The items were too big for my furniture and I did not want the ceramic griddle. I mailed the items back on 6/27 in the original box with the label I secured on line. Carrier said all was all right. I requested a refund at that time. Spoke to 3 representatives who said that the refund would return to my account on or about July 18.

Love the wagon...it wasn't too small and now contains lots of flowers on my porch. However I was given a code for discount but it never took any off after I used it so don't know what happened with that? There always seems to be fine print you miss where you don't end up getting those.

I am VERY displeased with the LACK of customer service with this company. I've purchased from this company for years but the service has really deteriorated. If you call the customer service number it goes into a loop for insurance and never allowed you to reach anyone. I used the email and even though I did get a response, it was not a direct response to my order not being shipped. I ordered my products on 6/17/2018 and didn't get my order until 7/6/2018. It said the products were supposed to be delivered on 6/29/2018 but didn't get it delivered until 7/6/2018.
Great service and prices. Order the songbird curtains for my living room and they were perfect. Will be ordering more soon.
