This was not sent to the correct address. It was sent to a previous address, so I have not received the order. I did contact collectionsetc.com to ask if it could be rerouted and was told to contact Fedex. I did and was told that collectionsetc.com would have to contact Fedex. Called back and was told nothing could be done and I would have to contact Fedex. I am hoping that the person that received this package will return it or at least contact collectionsets.com. I am very disappointed that I didn't get my order.
Collections is easy to order from online or catalog or by phone. They are very courteous and let you know quickly if something is out of stock or will be delayed in shipping.
