I purchased a ground cover rose, it was delivered dried out and dead. Called immediately I was told to wait 30 days. Called back, I was then told I did not purchase a plant from them. I produced the order Number... was told they would not refund my money... only a certificate to purchase from them. Oh, good luck finding someone that speaks good English! Stuff is cute but all has been China junk. Stick on tile peeling off wall. I used TSP and cleaned the walls extra good before the TSP. BUYER BEWARE, I have not had a good experience with Collections ETC. Done!

I used a discounted shipping code, but when I placed the order the code "fell off" and charged me full price. Customer service was helpful and refunded my shipping. I'm happy with the overall quality of the item.
