I have had no problems with collections etc., and I have ordered quite a bit from them. The prices are reasonable and they have good products.

This is my second order for these covers and my mom has ordered them also. They are wonderful. Ordering is easy and shipping is quick.

I have never had a problem with Collections Ect. They have affordable items, take a little time getting here but usually worth the wait. Most of the time the products are packed well. I have not had to return any items.

I placed an online order. Called to confirm order and was assured that I would get items. The order came in three items were missing. I called and was told those items would be shipped, then the next day I got an email that items were not available. Wanted me to pay for a return label even though it was their error. Would not recommend!
