I have used Collections Etc. for years and have always been pleased with their products, prompt attention to orders and how easy it is to find things.

The above statement is still true and how I believe.

Ordering was easy and products were received timely.

Would rather leave a review after receiving the order :) Praying don't receive all kinds of sales flyers and catalogs.

To bad if you put hyphens between the set of numbers on credit card, it says wrong format! Really!

Shopping was basically equal to most other online vendors.Less communications, like no email confirmation of order, no notice that order shipped, so one had to print out Thank you for your screen to have access to your order number.

I have no problems and have been shopping with this company for quite awhile now.

Been very satisfied with all of my purchases!

Love the quality of the product.

I think some things are over priced.

Very difficult to use and only certain "very flexible" people can use it.

Product and quality was good. The only issue is that it was advertised as free shipping with conditions. Buyer met requirements- yet at check out had shipping and handling fees added. This was/is misleading to the consumer. I contacted customer service about this but to no avail.
