Great service, great items.

It was quick and easy to order

The website was very difficult to work with. Couldn't find one item at all, so just left it off the order. It took a very long to complete the order. Then there was no order confirmation emailed. And packaging was awful. Nothing broken, but box was practically destroyed.

Easy to find what I need and easy to order. The covers did not fit my furniture and I had to return them.

Items arrived promptly, and in very well packaging. Items are as good as its value amount of money. They are bright in color and fine details. I am enjoying them very much. The bird down sprout and 3 other down sprouts that I purchased were adorable. Your items are well made with such a reasonable price. I always love your products and enjoy ordering from Collections Etc. for many years. Thank you.

I love shopping at Collection's Etc. I have been a customer for over 10 years. It's fast and easy to pay for your order. The shipping could be a little faster and deliverer could be be more careful with how they handle the packages.

Website is buggy and crashes. Very difficult to use.
Products need more detailed information.
Overall, I am pleased with the rugs. Quality and design are satisfactory.
Delivery to my address was very slow, taking more than 2 weeks. I paid as much in shipping as I paid for the rugs and it took over 2 weeks! Shipping policy needs improvement for me to order again.

I thought the offer said 15 per cent off plus free shipping on amounts over 50.00. Or maybe it was 10 per cent. Either way it wouldn't let me do both codes. Misleading.

The lights are really really cheap, they not came assembly and when you want to do it are almost imposible no good product at all

I receive the catalogs. It is simple and convenient to then order online. I find so many bargains on clearance!

I have truly loved the items I have purchased thru the years except this last order the wreath was awful. It looked like it had been run over with a truck. I have ordered several wreaths and have a l ways been very satisfied. The Easter one was fabulous so imagine my surprise when I opened this new one. The flowers are crushed and you can't even see them, it looks like a round ring with some colored blotches. DISAPPOINTED!

When I received my order, I had another persons receipt in my carton. I called to let you know about it and the operator told me that you would send me my receipt and it would take 7 to 10 days to receive it in the mail. I am waiting to receive it.
