What I have been trying to do for a year is to get OFF your mailing list. Eyes are too bad to read a catalog. If I want to order, I do so on line.

Overall the experience was good I was just concerned because I received a notice saying my order was complete when a package was received with a partial order. I received the remainder of the order the next day. That made it a little confusing.

My only problem with Collectionsetc is the packaging they use for shipping. When the package arrives it is crushed and both times has been partially open. Luckily none of my items were missing but I think it is just a matter of time.

When I received the huge box it was completed open with 3 little items inside. Huge box wasn't necessary. Could have been better packing. Was not happy with bird salt and pepper shaker. The shakers will not sit level in the holder.
