Collections, Etc. kept track of my wish list and uncompleted order, reminding me when things were reduced in price. I loved every item on my last order, including the pantyhose, which could have been a little chancy to fit me. I am so happy to have been able to shop there over the years.

I received an email stating free shipping for a purchase over a certain amount. My order was well over the amount required but I was still charged shipping. I called and asked for a supervisor. She did nothing. Her suggestion was to just cancel my order. She did cancel my order.

I enjoy the products; the quilt was perfect. However, the bed skirt was very difficult to work with, cheaply made product. And the shipping from Collections Etc., always takes longer then they estimate.

I was getting free shipping although they do have the handling charge. Their's is only 2.95 unlike others.
