The items I purchased arrived timely and in good condition. One of the items purchased - the rolling pantry cart - was easy enough to assemble. The one complaint I have about it though, is that the wheels do not swivel or roll well at all.

U should send info about what item or items that U R wanting to know if received, I place a lot of orders with Collections so on this one I'm not sure which item your asking about, if it's the mother owl holding the baby owl that lights up? Then yes I did receive it on July 27 th I'm still waiting on my $10 gift certificate that was to be sent to replace a defective item it's been weeks and I still have not gotten it thru the mail?

You make it very easy to look and shop. The prices are reasonable. The only suggestion I can think of is... when items are sold out, remove from the website. I opened several items they were sold out.
