Most of the time I am happy with what I buy. This time however, the wreath that I ordered had flowers missing, The battery operated door bell that I ordered, (that was advertised needing only regular AAA batteries) couldn't receive the energizer AAA batteries ( that I always use) because the battery compartment is too small. They should have said that thier batteries were needed for it. It's not a good deal if I have to order batteries from them and pay postage each time.
Quick and easy
Love the price. It was backordered but came at the promised time. The only issue I have is that the website won't take my mailing address (which is a PO Box) and also didn't recognize the street address, so I have to call them and it takes a while for them to get the program to accept my address. So I had it sent to my husband's office instead, which is okay though not ideal.
Very simple format. Easy to stroll the web site. A verity of things to look for.
The recliner slip covers were not one piece, they were actually 4 pieces. Not what I expected from the description.
Wish the sale site had made it clearer that the valence was not included AND not available! The shipping carton was split open, again! Luckily nothing was missing THIS time.
We have shopped collections from time to time over many years. We have always been satisfied with the products. This time we purchased solar light fence caps. Most of them are working fine but one of them does not seem to work properly. We will continue to monitor that before asking Collections to accept a return.
