I like your prices -- so much better than one can find at a local gift shop. It's pleasant to deal with your service reps. They are professional and courteous. The merchandise always arrives in a timely manner, and we have fun opening the packages. Merchandise is of quality status.
I had only one problem with one of your items and you sent a refund. However, the more I look the more I see that your items are mostly from China! Which I really am not happy with. Hopefully you can get items "Made in America" and are little better in quality.
I am always happy with items I receive from Collections. I prefer to purchase lower priced items knowing they are not comparable to same items at a higher cost. I have found their merchandise to be of good quality for the price and hold up appropriately. I especially love their sales!

I started Christmas shopping early and got great bargains. The bird coco mat is so pretty and affordable. Similar mats sell at home improvement stores for $36+. Similarly, the birds & blossoms cushion goes with the theme as a gift. I absolutely love the bunny appliance handle covers. I put them on my French door fridge handles. The pinecone shower curtain is very elegant with a subtle pattern that is not overtly Christmas so it can be used any time of the year. The colors can be easily coordinated with different solid mats in the bathroom. I've very pleased with everything.
