I received my products in a timely fashion and was able to track them on-line. One item was damaged and I contacted Collections about getting a replacement. They are to be sending me a replacement item as to return the damage item would cost as much as the item cost to start with. Waiting to see if the item comes. It has only been about 8 days and they said to allow around 10 days for replacement item to arrive.
