The collections site is easy to use, however there was one item that I tried to get said it had some left, but It wouldn't highlight.

I have always been pleased with my products and service. This last order was back ordered and I was not told until the confirmation came, I contacted customer service and they handled it right away the order was cancelled and all is fine now. Thank you

I was trying to make a purchase from my cell phone and was getting error messages when trying to add a product. I had to use my laptop to be able to buy that item.

I found one item damaged which was replace immediately. I found one item that was different in design in magazine then in the web site. Used it anyway.
