Ordered products on 7/18, were not shipped till 7/30. Sent an email checking on why items had not been shipped, no reply back. Sent another email asking again about the shipping, finally got a reply back saying they never received my first email? And that they had sent me two other emails regarding the order which I somehow never received.

Quick and easy. Sometimes I flip through their magazine. Today I saw an ad on TV and ordering it on Collection Etc is easier than phoning the tv product number because they have hardcore sales reps that don't let you get off the phone without "upgrading" or buying more!

I found items here that I couldn't elsewhere. Decent prices, too.
