It was easy to locate and add-to-cart. And after reading the customer reviews on the flea zapper, I decided to buy one and try it.
I have tried the flea zapper out on some kittens I am fostering and i am very happy with results!
I ordered kitchen curtains for my mother. She was having out-of-state company and wanting to dress up her home. The initial order took two weeks to arrive. One set received was correct the other set was incorrect. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I was told it would take 7-10 days for the order to arrive. I explained that she was having company in one week and I felt that would not be exceptable. I was told there was nothing they could do. The replacement finally did arrive 10 days later after her company had already arrived. Very disappointing. This could've been resolved in a more timely manner!

Shopping is fine have no problem, but do not like the "Rebate" offer that requires that you "join" or "sign" up for a fee. If you offer something to customers, then make it valid with out fees, memberships and so on, that type of business turns me off.
