The products from Collections Etc. have always been made well. I am always pleased with my purchases from them.
I had bought a couple of canopeners like the tornado,(trying to save a little money)but they all were quite inferior and broke very quickly.
If you want well made products,you must be willin to pay a little extra,it is well worth it!

I've always enjoyed shopping from your catalog. I've been a customer for years. I did, however, find it unacceptable when I was trying to return the product because it was flawed. I complained that I should not have to pay return postage on a flawed product. The representative told me that I would not have to pay. I never would have known this if I had not talked to a representative in person. You should have that printed in your catalog. If it is there, I have never seen it. Again, I enjoy your company and have been a satisfied customer for years!
They carry some interesting items at a decent price. Shipping isn't as fast as Amazon but so far worth the wait.
