My overall experience has been excellent. However there seemed to have been a glitch in your website when I placed this order. Therefore I returned Order *******. I kept Items ******* (3) and Item *******and in this order and returned entire Order *******-(Item ******* was sent instead of *******). Both orders were returned to USPS on Wed. Aug.8,2018.

I have been 95% happy with everything I have ordered from Collections over the years! Always happy to get a new catalog in the mail so I can have a cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy the new stuff.

I ordered this item and when I received it it was not what I wanted and I returned and asked for a refund, then yesterday I received it again. I am returning this item and I want a refund. I do not want this item it is not what I wanted.

Overall I am happy but have noticed shipping boxes are arriving not sealed completely. Large gaps of missing sealing tape have been more common. Puncture holes in the boxes, which may happen at your facility or the shippers facility. Am also puzzled why a box that can hold more often contains only 1 item.

8/11. Ordered two rugs for kitchen. They were on sale, but slide all over. Had to put double sided tape on bottom to prevent slipping and falling. Somewhat disappointed with that. The rugs are pretty though and the outline colors match. Wasn't sure they would from the pics.
