Ordered and received. Packaging was well done, received in a timely manner.

I think it's great. The only thing I would suggest is that when a product is in the shopping cart, we should be able to click on the product to get back to the original post to take another look at it instead of having to type in the code number. That's all - enjoy the site very much otherwise!

I have ordered several things from this company in the past, and I have had no problems.

Shipping was delayed as this was being shipped to my Florida condo. Customer service was of no help and did not inform me of the delay in shipping. Thankfully I received this order just hours before my plane departed form my Florida trip.

I liked everything but one of my items the solar flame light doesn't work. I called and the person I talked to said I would receive a replacement. I checked on line and there is no listing of anything being sent to me so I guess I will have to call again. I wasn't quite sure of everything the person said to me because I couldn't understand him.

I am working on one item I ordered. I believe it needs a battery. Its the battery operated lights. Will let you know how it goes when I put in battery.

I was satisfied with everything I purchased and received.
